Home buyers survey is a tool that helps you find out what your potential customers are looking for in a home. It’s not meant to be used as the sole source of information on what people want, but it can help you get an idea of what people are looking for and how your product or service could fit into their needs.

The Home buyers survey is broken up into three parts:

Home buyer profile – This section asks questions about the homebuyer’s age, income, marital status and education level. It also asks them questions about their current home and previous homes they’ve lived in.

Home search criteria – This section asks you to rate your preferences in terms of size, price range, neighborhood type, level of upkeep and number of bedrooms. You will also be asked to rate each factor on a scale from 1-10 with 1 being least important and 10 being most important to you.

Inventory – The inventory portion asks more detailed questions about specific features that matter to you such as location (city or suburb), school district and commute time from work.

The Home Buyers Survey is an annual survey of the UK’s housing market. The survey was designed to assess the state of the housing market, with particular emphasis on what buyers and sellers are doing. It provides a snapshot of the UK’s property market, with information on how much people are spending on new homes and what they’re getting for their money.

The survey has been run by Ipsos MORI since 1997. It uses a representative sample of 1,000 adults aged 16 years and over living in private households. To be eligible, respondents must be able to answer questions about their circumstances and financial situation without any difficulty or prompting.

The results are published in two ways:

1) The headline figures – these give a complete picture of the state of the housing market at that time. They are based on weighted data and include both owner occupiers and private renters as well as those who have bought their own home or have done so within the last five years (known as first-time buyers).

2) An analysis section – this provides more detail about different groups within each category (for example, first-time buyers), providing some insights into how things have changed since previous years’ surveys were conducted.

The Homebuyers Survey is a survey of the UK housing market, conducted by the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML), and published by the Office for National Statistics (ONS).
